Why?
"Junior leaders" or "Guides" (is this right translation???) are girls and boys, which helps with leadership of scout troop. Maybe they are little older, than other troop members, but are more experienced. They prepare and lead meetings, parts of schedule on trips, helps younger and low experienced brothers and sisters in the team and teach them new skills. In our troop "Kmen Mohawk" they mostly have next tasks - count of memeber score, take care of bulletin boards, write articles to our web, troop magazine and to chronicle and are active in troop council, where we plan trips, summer camp, what who prepare to next meetings...
Our Junior (Young) Scout Leaders International Camp (YSLIC?) will be experience, inspiration, practice and adventure for them. The guides get new friends - friends of the same age, which are enthusiastic with the same activity - with scouting. They will play new games, visit nice places and know something new. The camp will be reward and as well motivation for next active membership in scout movement and for their own progress. Although they aren't in rover age, they find, that scouting is not for children only. Possibly they will initiate next gathering, will deepen new friendships and plan new collective projects.

FOR WHO?
Camp is planned for girls and boys. Project Erasmus+ is determinated for age 13+, but younger participants are possible - must be skillfull and they, which lead little scout team or mnimal help with it. Maximal participant age limit is 16 to 17 years. Older applicants can help as instructor-assistants, adults as leaders, lectors, instructors.
We contemplate alternative, that some part of schedule will participate team of younger children - "training / practice team". Camp participants will prepare and lead this practice team (guinea pigs :-).
HOW? Ideas...
- Weekend in Czech, weekend in Slovakia, one week in Romania - camping in hills.
- Next Years is possible rotation of countries (one week camping in Czech), or connect next countries.
- Project can run for long time - we can elaborate it to longterm education of young scout guides (?) and leaders (but now, when we don't have experiences it is unreal).
- One part of project can be "youth exchange" in families - will be interest in it? Participants can digest "normal life" in other country!
- We have intention communication participants already before live sessions.
